What are hybrid funds?
Hybrid funds invest in a mix of equity and debt (and sometimes gold) in one fund.
Aggressive hybrid funds hold mostly equity. Balanced advantage funds change their equity share with market valuations. Multi-asset funds hold at least three asset classes. Arbitrage funds earn low-risk returns from price differences and are taxed like equity funds.
