What is the riskometer?

The riskometer is a SEBI-mandated scale that shows how risky a fund is: Low, Low to Moderate, Moderate, Moderately High, High or Very High.

Equity funds are usually Very High risk because share prices can fall sharply in the short term. Choose funds whose risk level suits your goal and how long you can stay invested.
